Successful Open Day

On 27th May 2023 the club held its annual Open Day. This day is an opportunity for the club to showcase what it has to offer to the public. The weather could not have been better…..Sunny, warm and a steady breeze coming off the sea that was not too strong to take novices out on the water.

There was a steady stream of customers to try out the water activities and the very well attended volunteer set were kept busy throughout the day including the galley who were serving drinks and cake. The public must have been pleased with what they saw as it resulted in a number of new members to the club and a keen take up of some formal training in the near future.
